I'm a UX/UI Designer with 13+ years of experience, working and leading design teams for enterprise-level projects. Throughout my career I've touched and executed on several parts of a project lifecycle including: business analysis, requirements gathering, strategy, management, UI/UX, art direction, graphics and front-end development.

As a leader, I've helped establish design departments and build up design practices in organizations both locally and remote. I bring a calming and stabilizing force to my team and I strive to help my team members become the best professionals they can.

I'm a strong advocate for user centric design, user testing and accessibility. My goal is to bring the user's needs to the spotlight while balancing them with business goals, time and budget constrains.
